The food at Holm is driven by the seasons,
the environment and our locality in the beautiful Somerset countryside. We work with local farmers, growers, butchers and anyone who shares our love of exceptional ingredients, treated with care and respect.

Inspired by our surroundings
Developing relationships with local growers and farmers has been a fluid and organic process. Some of the finest produce in the country is grown and produced on our doorstep. It’s an honour to be part of an incredibly vibrant food community here in the South West.

Expertly selected drinks
Our drinks list is approachable, exciting, and sensibly priced with a focus on local, artisanal producers and low intervention, organic and biodynamic wines. As well as house made soft drinks and a wide variety of locally produced beers and ciders, we have a short list of our favourite wines as well as a longer ‘single bottle’ list of cult classics, rarities and one offs for special occasions.
Our wines are stored in the old bank vault, which guests are welcome to explore during their meal.
